- No Lead Sharing Without Separate Consent
Heppner Group will not sell, share, or transfer your contact information to other insurance agencies, marketing organizations, or third parties for their own marketing purposes without obtaining your separate, specific prior express written consent. Heppner Group may share your information with service providers acting on our behalf (such as call center, CRM, communications platform, and underwriting vendors) and with insurance carriers for the purpose of quoting, underwriting, and issuing insurance policies, who are contractually or legally obligated to protect your information and use it only as authorized.
